Deferred Payment Offer – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) form the legal basis for using PPL Products and Services, as operated and offered by ParentPay Limited (“PPL”) (Registered No. 04513692) trading from The Exchange, Express Park, Bristol Road, Bridgwater TA6 4RR.

This offer gives any school with an existing supplier only, up to 12 months free of charge use of any of our products on a standard 3-year contract if this supports in switching their contract. The school’s first billing date would be the first day of the month, one month prior, to the expiry of their current system. The start of the contract would be as standard on submission of application. Schools end of contract would include the number of months given to the school as free to use the system.
