Collecting school income

Payment methods

Payments can be collected for school meals, clubs, uniforms, fees and other activities. However parents choose to pay, online or via PayPoint, schools or caterers receive all income weekly. This can be settled to one or multiple bank accounts.

All types of income are recorded and tracked in ParentPay, giving your school the tools they need to reduce time spent on financial administration.

PayPoint

ParentPay supports full social inclusion, so parents who use cash have exactly the same facilities as parents who top up online.

Not everyone can pay online, and parents who want to pay cash can easily do so at one of over 30,000 PayPoint stores.

It's simple - parents will be issued with a PayPoint Card or unique barcode letter for school meals, trips or other items.
