ParentPay customer security notice: update your password

A number of accounts have been subject to a cyber-attack after login details were gathered from third-party data breaches unrelated to ParentPay. The police and relevant authorities have been notified.

We want to reassure you that the ParentPay platform remains secure and uncompromised.

Protecting customer data and financial information is our absolute priority and our dedicated cyber-security team have introduced further advanced security controls to mitigate future cyber-attacks of this nature. As a result, this issue has been limited to a small number of accounts and any impacted funds will be promptly returned to those individuals.  All users following good password practices are safe and while a small number of users may have had their passwords compromised from elsewhere, we want to stress that funds remain secure.

We strongly advise that all users select a unique and secure password to protect their ParentPay account. Best practice is to combine three random words with complexity, ensuring every online account has a unique password, though additional information can be found at the National Cyber Security Centre.

If you believe that your account has been targeted, please contact us via https://app.parentpay.com/public/client/help/#/ or email us at parent-support@parentpay.com where our support team will look into your enquiry as a matter of urgency.

For those concerned about whether any other online account they may use, have been breached, it is possible to seek confirmation at the following sites:
