ParentPay provides a range of training to schools

We have many years experience in providing training to cashless schools and local authorities.  Customers value the high quality, relevant and effective training that ParentPay offers to manage Primary and Secondary School Payments.

The training available for our school online payment system includes:

  • launch sessions
  • intermediate and advanced training
  • sessions for new members of staff at school
  • tailored training for specific areas of the product
  • Train the trainer sessions for local authorities

Individual school training on using our school payment systems

Using WebEx technology we can deliver individual training to each cashless school.  This means each school’s needs can be met and sessions can be flexible, uninterrupted and delivered at a pace suitable for the school staff.

Led by a senior member of the ParentPay Customer Support team the training is completed online using one of our dedicated training accounts.

Schools often take their training sessions in smaller blocks over the course of several weeks, rather than booking one long session. This helps users absorb more information from each session, making training more effective.

The shorter WebEx training sessions mean less disruption to the school day and if school emergencies arise or staff are unexpectedly absent, sessions can be rebooked more easily.

Group training

For projects with a larger numbers of cashless schools, we can deliver on-site training courses for groups of schools.  These sessions are ideal for 10 to 15 schools at a time, using local training facilities.

Communication sessions, project workshops, launch days and user focus groups can also be arranged to suit your project needs.

Train the Trainer

If your local authority would prefer to deliver its own training program for individual schools, we can provide ‘Train the Trainer’ tuition to your local school support team.
