Social inclusion with PayPoint payments for school

If you aren’t able to pay online, PayPoint cash collection for school might be available to you. Many of our schools now accept PayPoint payments for school for cashless dinner money and other school payments.

Where to make PayPoint payments for school

You can make PayPoint payments for school by visiting any store displaying the yellow and purple PayPoint sign. There are nearly 22,000 terminals located in newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets, garages and off-licences near to you.

To find out where you can pay click on the store locator and enter your full post code to receive a list of your nearest stores.

School PayPoint Card for payment for school lunches

Many schools will issue a PayPoint Payment Card for cashless dinner money payments.  These PayPoint payments for schools are automatically credited to your child’s dinner money account.

Please contact your school office to request a school PayPoint Card.

PayPoint payments for school trips with barcode letters

PayPoint payments for school trips and other school activities help create completely cashless schools.  School can send you letters with barcodes to collect cashless payments for any school items.

Please only use each barcode letter for the payment detailed on the letter, as each barcode is linked to a school payment item.

Helping schools become efficient and safe

By making PayPoint payments for school you can still pay in cash but there is no need for your child to carry money into school, creating completely cashless schools.

With the use of cheques being significantly reduced we help schools offer a choice of payment options that are convenient and safe for parents and pupils and help reduce the administration burden in schools.
