Training Sessions for Project Schools
Local Authority Project schools will receive regular group training sessions. Please refer to your specific LA Project page for information on training available within your Local Authority.

Training Sessions for Individual Schools
ParentPay can arrange for a Trainer to be made available to provide training sessions for individual schools. The training can be delivered on site at your school or via the online WEBEX facility.
Onsite Training Sessions
The cost of an onsite training session is £600 + VAT. The session is either a morning or an afternoon session and usually takes approximately 2 1/2 hours plus additional time depending on the amount of questions your staff have relating to the ParentPay system.
We can train as many or as few staff as each individual school would like to be trained. If there are going to be a large number of attendees it would be ideal if an ICT room or a conference room is available with an overhead projector or an interactive whiteboard. It is essential that the training room has internet access.
If the training is for a small group then a quiet office with a computer and internet access will be fine.
The onsite training sessions are extremely popular and our Trainers are booked up weeks in advance. There is very little availability to accommodate onsite training requests at short notice and we would encourage any schools considering booking onsite training to book in sooner rather than later to ensure we can meet your expectations.
Online WEBEX Training Sessions
Rather than having a member of the team visit you onsite, we can instead deliver a One to One WEBEX session. This is an online training session delivered via the WEBEX facility. We can accommodate as many staff as you would like to join but this would be an online session where staff can log in from their computers and call the conference line, with the trainer delivering the training remotely. Alternatively you can join the WEBEX session from one computer, with staff sitting around to view the screen, and listen to the training via a handsfree telephone at your end.
The cost of an individual One to One WEBEX session is £150.00 + VAT.
