Central Reporting

ParentPay provides detailed income reports for schools and authorities.

Our reporting tools ensure that non-cheque book and cheque book schools will benefit from this cashless payment and income collection solution.

Your finance staff can access data that is relevant to them with real-time central reporting.  It will improve an authority’s income management and financial reconciliation in schools.

Flexible reports allow data to be analysed by school or grouped together as required.

Set finance codes that work for you

Financial coding of income can be defined by a school or the local authority, so that all cashless payments are linked to a specific accountancy code.  Pre-configured lists of income codes can also be set.  It’s all designed to ensure that your school and authority income is coded correctly to make reporting simple.

Every school payment item can be given individual account codes.  GL, Cost Centre or SIO information can be reported and reconciled by the local authority finance staff.

Reports available include:

  • income reports for schools and authorities
  • allocation reports
  • settlement statements
  • bank reconciliation reports
  • debtor analysis

These reports can either be accessed online as and when you need them or imported automatically into central finance applications.

Reports for caterers

Using ParentPay for cashless dinner money as well as other central income collection for schools means your caterers can access central reports to help them manage the school meals service.
