The Private Funds Manager is a simple yet sophisticated package for managing trips, charities and other private fund accounts. It provides an efficient and straightforward means of recording money received, including options for cash, cheque, direct debit or standing order or terminal card payments, with the option of printed receipts. It also links directly to ParentPay for automatic data entry.

Private Funds Manager links with SIMS (we are a partner of Capita), CMIS and other pupil records systems for automatic update of student details. A full range of financial functions are available including printing cheques and refunds, bank reconciliation and balancing control accounts. There are inbuilt modules for invoicing, after school clubs and gift aid processing. There is a wide range of reports including financial reports, trip reports, CFR, Charity commission & Gift Aid reporting if required.

Processing parental payments into PFM that have been received through ParentPay couldn’t be easier! There is a dedicated import area in the package that will read transactions with all the necessary details, provide a screen and report for checking and then allow you to post the transactions - all at the touch of a button!
