November 2006 ParentPay help Croydon schools find Jamie's missing money: Parents in Croydon will be using a new payment scheme to get lunch money out of children’s pockets and straight to the caterer. In the recent Jamie Oliver programme the celebrity chef was “disgusted” by the amount of lunch money that goes “missing” with children spending on junk food outside school.

The ability to achieve strong growth, innovate the way we work and create new jobs were highlighted as the key reasons for ParentPay’s success.
September 2005 100% of ParentPay schools have seen dramatic drop in workloads: 100% of schools that responded in a recent customer survey said they had seen a dramatic drop in workload as a result of using ParentPayTM. The most significant change for schools was in not having to manually count and reconcile cash payments. Schools reported being able to redirect resources to more important tasks, such as educational support, pupil welfare and ensuring the smooth running of the school.
August 2005 Staffordshire County Council launches ParentPay ready for the new term: Staffordshire County Council will be joining other local authorities benefiting from the ParentPay school payment service when they launch the solution in schools during September. Initially launched in a small group of trial schools, discussions to roll the service out to the majority of the County's 400+ schools are taking place.

June 2005 All pay, no pain: Allyson Lloyd, catering contracts manager at Croydon Local Authority says "the system hasn't changed for donkeys' years. It's labour intensive, inaccurate and laborious. You're asking parents to send in an amount in an envelope with the child and then you're chasing up and down the corridor looking for the five pence that got lost on the way".
