100% of schools that responded in a recent customer survey said they had seen a dramatic drop in workload as a result of using ParentPayTM. The most significant change for schools was in not having to manually count and reconcile cash payments. Schools reported being able to redirect resources to more important tasks, such as educational support, pupil welfare and ensuring the smooth running of the school.
