Clint Wilson - Chief Executive
In 2005 Clint Wilson joined ParentPay as Chief Executive Officer. In 2005 Clint Wilson joined ParentPay as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Clint is responsible for all aspects of running the business and is especially focused on growing revenue and expanding ParentPay’s presence in the UK education market.

Prior to ParentPay, Clint spent 18 months working as Chief Operating Officer at the leading UK independent Internet Payment Service Provider, SecureTrading Group. Reporting to the CEO, he had responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Support and Product Strategy.

Clint was instrumental in restructuring the Group’s Sales and Marketing functions and during his time at SecureTrading Group annual revenues grew from £3.4m to over £20m with net profitability up to nearly £4m.

Prior to SecureTrading Clint spent several years at Encorus Technologies, mobile payment division of the world’s largest payment processor First Data Corp, providing innovative payment solutions to major Mobile Network Operators.

As Managing Director of Encorus UK, he ran the business across Western and Northern Europe, managing relationships with Vodafone, Orange and Telefónica.

Before Encorus, Clint spent time at eBanking and ePayment technology provider Brokat, as a Strategic Client Director and Telecoms Sales Director. Whilst there, he was responsible for winning and managing global clients including American Express and Vodafone Group.

Clint has 15 years experience in IT business development, sales and operations providing solutions for the payments, financial services and telecommunications industries.
Lynne Taylor - Founder and Managing Director
Lynne Taylor is the originator and driving force behind ParentPay. Lynne was a teacher for 18 years, leaving to develop software in schools’ management systems through her company Cogent Computer Solutions Limited, helping teachers reduce workload.

She has authored assessment products for schools and has been a regular contributor to the Times Educational Supplement. She has gained high acclaim for this work and is regarded as a leading authority on pupil tracking, recording and target setting using ICT.

Lynne was the co-author of the software - ASSESSIT, which was sold to the Pearson group in September 2001 as part of the Phoenix MIS platform.

With this unique background of school management systems the idea of online payments in schools was conceived and ParentPay Ltd was founded in 2002.

In her capacity of schools e-Payment champion, she was invited to make a major contribution to the National e-Pay project with 2 local authorities asking Lynne to project manage the introduction of e-Payments for school meals.

Lynne continues to be actively involved with ParentPay on a daily basis, often a key contributor to product strategy as well as in supporting a number of the local authority projects.
Alexander Banthien - Technical Director
As Technical Director for ParentPay, Alexander directs all issues relating to the company’s software systems including consulting, design, development and implementation. He also oversees the technical operations including the production environment and all technical security related matters.

He has been instrumental in guiding the development of the product from the initial concept and his innovative ideas in software architecture have seen the ParentPay product be identified as the leading UK niche portal for local authorities by the government e-Pay group, part of the UK eGovernment project.

Alexander Banthien, gained his MSc in Mathematics in Berlin, and has extensive experience as a project manager and system analyst. His management and development skills have encompassed a number of global software products, running on a range of common PC and web platforms.

Born in Germany, Alex is fluent in several European languages and now lives with his family in South Warwickshire.
Andrew Neubauer - Non-Executive Chairman
Andrew Neubauer is an entrepreneur and private investor who has been involved in the financial services software industry for nearly 25 years.

A mathematician by training, Andrew joined Smith New Court (SNC), the City marketmaker in 1984 and became managing director of Trading Technology Ltd., SNC’s front office technology subsidiary in 1986, where he pioneered the use of many of the technologies used in City trading rooms today.

On leaving SNC, in 1991 Andrew founded G2 (formerly Airtime interactive) an IT company which under his leadership went on to become a major UK supplier of ATM (cash machine) software, debit and credit card payment solutions, cashless payment and perimeter security systems.

In April 2004 Andrew sold G2 to Moneybox plc, then the UK’s largest independent ATM operator, for a cash and shares consideration of c. £20M. The sale coincided with the flotation of Moneybox on AIM. At the time of the sale G2 services were used on a regular basis by over 2 million UK end users.

In August 2004, Andrew was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Moneyboxgroup with effective control of the business. At the time of his appointment Moneybox had a market capitalization of under £40M. Andrew radically reduced the group’s cost base, rationalised the business model and brought the group into profit. As COO and a major shareholder, he was instrumental in arranging the sale of the Moneybox group to Cardpoint plc in September 2005 for a cash consideration of £88M.

Andrew’s other business interests include Starvest Plc, an early stage investment company currently specialising in AIM and OFEX mining stocks. He was founder director and CEO at time of AIM float in 2000 and remains a major shareholder.

Andrew is also a founder director (non-exec) and major shareholder in Sable Island which designs and distributes solid wood furniture with manufacturing sub-contracted to factories in the Far East and the UK, and a non-executive director of Brintons plc, the world’s leading manufacturer and distributer of Axminster carpets.
Malcolm Burns - Non-executive Director
Malcolm has worked in professional accountancy practices all his life and his portfolio of clients has ranged from multi-million pound organisations to start-ups, individuals and sole traders.

He is also co-director of Cogent Computer Solutions Limited.

In his capacity as non-executive director Malcolm provides support on accountancy matters and advises on best financial practices within ParentPay.
