School support

Our school support team is available from 8.30 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday and 8.30 to 15.30 on Friday; if you need to contact us out of hours please email support@parentpay.com

We are usually able to take your call straight away and most queries are dealt with immediately. If we can’t take your call directly, please leave a message with your contact details and we’ll get back to you promptly.

Alternatively you can use the support request form and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.
